General

Casa Rulin is a lovely holiday home for up to six people. The house is situated in the quiet and green ‘Condado del Jaruco’ district of Lloret de Mar, Costa Brava. The house has a large balcony with views over Lloret de Mar and the Mediterranean sea. It is fully equipped. There are three bedrooms, two with double bed and one with bunk beds. There is a possibility to expand to seven persons, by using the provided crib for a young child 1 to 1,5 years. The house has ceiling fans to keep it cool in the summer months. A (rental) car is recommended. From Girona airport it is a 25 minutes drive to Casarulin.

Pets, smoking and group rental

The lessor reserves the right not to rent the house to same sex groups and/or groups of youngsters. Casa Rulin is a smoke-free property. Pets are not allowed. Four weeks before arrival, the full retal amount must be wired into the bankaccount of the lessor.

Arrival & Departure

Normally the house is available from 16.00 hr. Upon arrival you will receive instructions to obtain the keys and pay the breakage deposit in cash. On departure you leave the house no later than 10:00 am. After departure, the deposit will be returned to your bank account within one week, when the property is left tidy and damage free.

Heating charge

In the early and late season (October to April) it can be cool. Heating is then necessary. All rooms have central heating, which can be used for a fee. You pay an energy deposit on arrival (amount on request). Together we measure the gas meter on arrival. The gas meter is measured again on the day of departure. The difference will be deducted from your previously paid energy deposit and you will get back the difference by bank transfer within one week.

Bring your own beach towels!

The house is rented including bath and kitchen linen. You may not use the towels for the beach or at a swimmingpool. You should bring your own beach towels.

Central heating

Deposit on demand! In the winter months (October / April) it can be quite cool. Heating is then needed. There is central heating. On arrival you measure the gas meter with us. On departure day, the meter is re-recorded. Reimbursed with deposit.

Layout of the house

You enter the house on the ground floor. Here you’ll find the living room, the kitchen (both with access to the balcony), a double bedroom and a smaller bathroom. A concrete stairs in the hall will bring you down to the lower floor level. Here you will find the other two bedrooms and the larger bathroom with shower. You also have access to the garage and the laundry room (with washing machine and safe).
